“Which way? Our Way! A Strong Community Way”

Client: FNQ Films/Queensland Health
The client needed a full 2D animation for this indigenous health and community campaign. The characters went through several concepts before arriving at our heroes here. The best part is how wholeheartedly communities have embraced this campaign and it’s message.

Client: Leary Builders
A 3D character was required to be concepted, modelled, rigged and animated for this TVC. We took this job from conception through to final delivery, through several iterations of the Character, until “Toady” was finally realised.

This is a digital painting I did a while ago before I got my Wacom. Drawing with a mouse is pretty painful. I definitely want to try another now I’m suited up with a decent tablet.

TVC to alert customers to the new opening of Smithfield Centre.

This TVC was supposed to lift the profile of the Cairns Post, and attract new readers. This ad was part of the Cairns Posts strategy that allowed them to become Australia’s Fastest Growing Newspaper during that year.

It’s obviously a fairly heavy composite job, so after I finished the rough cut, I moved on to trying different graphical elements to compliment each member of staff. Paul Smith from Y-Films did a great job of bringing out the staff members personality in his direction, and I really don’t think the TVC would have worked if that sincerity was lost.
